Dragoman's Slave Girl
- DRAGOMAN'S SLAVE GIRL - A color pencil drawing on an 11 x 14 size vellum paper.
This drawing is one of 7 interior illustrations I did for a forthcoming book titled, "The Adventures of Dragoman," by Otis Adelbert Kline. It illustrates the story, "Dragoman's Slave Girl". The book was never published.
Otis Adelbert Kline also wrote screenplays for the movies, and one of them was "The Call of the Savage" a 1935 film starring Noah Beery Jr, and Dorothy Short. The movie script is based on the Kline novel, "Jan of the Jungle".
I also read that Kline wrote popular songs during the 1930s and 1940s, but no specific song titles were given.
